Has anyone got an Iseki 550 ?
I just bought one at auction, 1994 mod` 53HP they advertised it as.
Well I finally discovered after changing the battery several times that the operator must depress the clutch in order to start the thing.
It has an air conditioned cab, power steering, am/fm stereo etc etc.
Alas it is only 2 wheel drive, but that should suit my needs quite well.
My major problem at the moment is I have no fuel gauge indication nor temperature gauge indication.
I can`t seem to get the PTO to rotate ??? I engage the PTO lever on the left of the seat in either 540 or 1000 rpm & the shaft won`t rotate. There is a lever atop the steering column that sits either at 9.00 o`clock or 6.00 o`clock position with PDF/PTO printed underneath it.
When moved it sounds like switch is inside there somewhere ?
Could this be linked to the other electrical problems.
The only fuses I can find are 4 in the overhead console, I`m guessing for the aircon`, & under the bonnet on the left hand side, of which there are only 4 fuses again. All fuses are intact.
I am situated in Newcastle, NSW, Australia. Is there anyone out there who can advise me on some remedies or point me in the direction of a dealer or even where I can get an owners manual.
Thanks in advance for any help
Kind Regards
Peter
