How hard is it to get them licensed for the road, anyone know?

Why wouldn't one be able to get them licensed? They're all street legal as far as I know.

I talked to a insurance lady years ago she told me there expensive$$$$ insurance is to much for a square box - I'L Stick to my pick up truck!

These things suffer from a real image problem up here. Hummers that is. I would not be caught dead in one. As far as on the farm, they would beat any of the UTVs all to heck! And cheaper too! Maybe not in fuel!

Those old ones with the 6.2 Diesel were dogs! The newer ones with the 7.3 are much better. I'm with IT though, wouldn't be cought dead in one. Spent way too much time in them already.....

One of my neighbors kids is using one as a farm truck.
No doors on it, farm tags on it. Mostly seen them using it to carry the crew out to where ever they left the equipment the night before with fuel trailer hitched to it most of the time.

Don't need one, don't want one and can't understand why anyone would have one if they weren't going to use it in rough terrain and hard work.

I was in the Army, I hate those things. I'd rather have a Tatra. If you must have an old .mil truck, get a green one because the tan ones often have sea time and weird rust because of the salt air.
