I have an old 6' Ford industrial scraper blade and use it for maintaining my gravel drive mainly. It also does a great job of cutting ditches etc. I've been debating on a box blade or plane for the drive, but can't settle on either as the best tool for the job. My drive is has twists curves and gets a lot of runoff with heavy washouts during storms. My old scraper works great most of the time, but sometimes a box blade would be better to pull material back up the hill of the drive. I think the land plane would be fine for minor repairs but wouldn't help after the big storms.
Then I came across this blade, and I'd like some feedback if anyone has one. I was looking at the 7' blade.

I like the side plates. It seems to be a good compromise that would allow me to pull material like a BB, but still give me the ability to angle the blade for leveling. I angle the scraper blade and drag in my lowest gear, and it nearly eliminates the humps, dips, and washboard issues. This new blade would give me much more adjustments too, including offset.
Does anyone have one? Thanks.
