After doing a lot of research and not being able to locate a PBY kit, everyone seemed to have it listed as no longer available, I just bought the parts and did it myself. I was able to do it with out pulling the seat, with the help of a sacrificial 7/8" wrench to make a stubby out of, I started out by mounting the two spool, open center with power beyond valve to the fender using a couple of 5/16" stainless bolts 2 1/2" long.

The pressure from the pump is shown in the photo above. All hoses where 3/8" with 3/8" male pipe thread ends. The quick disconnects are 3/8" ordered from Bailey's Hydraulics.

I removed the metal line that used to run from the pump supply to the loader valve.

I then installed the #8 mob fittings with 3/8" FPT fittings and attached the new supply hose to the new valve and the PBY hose from the new valve back to the loader valve.

I installed the tank return line from the new valve down to the strainer which had a 1/2" pipe plug in it.

I installed a tee and used the pipe plug so I would still be able to drain most of the fluid from the transmission. The plug now points down so it will make it easier to drain in the future.
After refilling the transmission I cycled everything and the loader, grapple and three point worked as they should.

I know this is old. Any chance you know what model of spool valve you used?

This was for the remotes for the front hydraulics for a grapple.

I will have to get a picture of the spool valve.

Old thread I know, but im not getting alot of help on my post.

Why cant you Tee the Pump Pressure line. One going to the Loader Valve, and 1 going to the rear controls valve? Doesnt that make more sense than running all the fluid through the rear controls valve and then to the loader valve? Or am I missing something?

Whatever works for you. Either way would work. The actual hose kit for these interrupts the power beyond line which feeds the three point lift. Then you have to have an inter connect hose so that will work. For me the challenge was the return line for the rear remotes. I may revisit that and see if that can be teed into the return line instead of at the drain port for the screen.

How did you size your control valve? Not sure what size spool to buy for additional rear controls? DO you know what the pumps capability is?

Made sure it was at least large enough to handle the pump flow. I believe the one I have is rated for about 11 gpm. The pump on the Ex3200 is 5 gpm.

Pefect. Do you know what the line pressure is?
