I am making a hydraulic thumb for a Mini excavator. My question is does anyone know where to get a couple of pin and bushing sets. I am having trouble allocating a set. All the hydraulic cylinders I find are all only a 1" pin (3" bore 12" stroke). this size matches the others on the machine for bore. I think the smallest pin on the machine is a 1,1/2". I am worrid about using a non pin setup leading to too much wear on the base materials.

If you cannot find a set from a dealer go to a steel shop that may provide some manufacturing, like an axle type shop. There was one where I used to live that could make it and make it correctly.

BLACKHAMMER, I buy 63/64" or 25mm rod for those 1.000 ID cylinder
cross-tubes. I also buy 1.000 ID DOM tubing with 1/4" walls for the
bushings I need. If your local steel supplier does not have any, you can
find a steel supplier on the internet who carries it.
