Last year about this time I bought an ABS top directly from GR Manufacturing (Fort Worth, Texas) for my 2008 Kawasaki Trans Mule diesel as there were no dealers at that time in my area. I'm usually very good about saving every installation sheet to keep for future reference but did not for this top.
I needed to clean the inside of the plastic lens on the included overhead map light and snug it up a bit due to some vibration but couldn't get it to budge open and if I put any more pressure on it I would have broken it. I had two more options: Get on a ladder and unscrew the four main screws on the top to drop the whole lamp assembly or e-mail the factory and ask how to properly go about the lens removal. I did the latter. I had barely (less than five minutes) sent the e-mail when the phone rang and it was Mr. Gary Robertson, founder and president of GR Mfg. ready to explain to me how to remove the lens and as it turned out it was quite easy but not at all what I was first attempting. He also stated and I kid you not, "If you ever break that lens during the on/off proceedure, I will send you a new one for free".
I am truly overwhelmed by his light speed punctuality, His courteous mannerism and his belief in his product.
His company also makes tops for several other brands of UTVs but this is not intended to be a commercial, just a mention to all as to how they do business.
