Exhaust for HUSQVARNA GTH 220

I am looking at a black steel pipe that is 1 inch wide and 10 ft long, I wanted to know if any of you think it would work, I could bend it and cut it into the size I needed and heat rating is max 350 degrees F. Ps. I am going to run it under the foot board on the right side

But if you have the clearances I dont see why you couldnt do it. I would NOT use black pipe, too heavy and thick. Go to a local exhaust shop and get some aluminized pipe. They can even bend it up for you. Way better end result than cutting and welding. Thats the way Id go.

I probably wouldnt go to a national chain unless you know somebody there. Some auto parts places still sell pipe if you want to try on your own.

A smaller local shop who can do it in their off time and not cost you a fortune would be where I go, preferably one that will work for "cash". Locally I have a small shop like that. A national chain can get expensive, they charge alot for time and materials.
