Exhaust manifold repair on Ford 1510?

The exhaust manifold on my Ford 1510 has developed a hole, near the middle. The opening is 6 or 7 mm at the largest dimension.

What are my options for repair?

Never had to repair an exhaust manifold before, but I would give this a try: HighHeat | Temperature Resistant Epoxy Putty I don't see what it could hurt, and it's cheap enough to give it a shot.
