What is it? I can't read that jpg. It looks like Pat's with manual pins instead of spring loaded locks.

Looks like a pair of pliers is needed every time an implement is hitched or unhitched. Not really a timesaver in that regard.

No pliers needed, just a hairpin or locking pin. I have an older pair of those as well as pat's. They are lighter in weight than pat's, but no less strong (my opinion). I ended up using pat's on the 3038e and the Carter on the 1025R. Both are better options than doing without (for me). On the carter, the two vertical bars capture The implement pin. A pin through holes in the bars goes over the implement pin. A hairpin holds The Carter pin in place. The rear bar is taller than the front bar so you can back into proper position more easily.
The Carter results in a bit more implement lift & keeps the lift arm length unchanged where pat's keeps lift height unchanged but increases the lift arm length. The Carter I bought was generic to its size category, not machine specific. The only adjustment for fit was shims (unless you do the weld-on version). That, for me, meant a bit sloppy side to side tilting. Not really a problem during use, but sometimes a small bit of aggravation during hookup when backing into position. The use of the spreader bar can fix that.
Like pat's, you need the stop washers at the implement pin ends.

My experience with EZ Hitch was/is the same as post #5 (nikdfish). I have Pat's, EZ-Hitch and a Quick Hitch (LandPride). It seems that none of them "fit" on all/every one of my different attachments. Some guys have modified each individual attachment to "fit" the particular hitch they prefer. A Spreader Bar does make things go better for either Pats or EZ.
Again, ....note that the Pat's increases the distance such that a PTO shaft might be too short for PTO attachments. In the past I'm sure that I have screamed..........."#!!!%%^^***Crap" so much for quick and easy as a newbie when hooking up....with any one of them.

Pro and cons.
Had the OP example. Benefits easy hitching and little extra height. Does require R&R of separate pin.
Pat’s. Easy hitching. Some springs that can break. Extra length helpful for small tractors with short arms. Never a pto problem. Alignment bolts weak.
Both systems work well with older non-quick hitch compatible equipment.

I have it and like it. No need to worry about PTO length and lift capacity is not reduced. Mine wiggle around a bit and need to add a spacer but have not got around to it.

I was just curious. I've never seen those. I have no desire for them. I have all of my attachments setup for my QH.
