He left rear brake on my 2000 F150 7700 series is dragging. I have replaced the e brake, brake cable, rotors, and pads. Does anyone have any thoughts? Forgive the misspelling in the title, Drag.

I agree could be a stuck caliper OR the mount for the caliper, the caliper will not move/slide on the mount. When this happens the pad on the piston side of the caliper will wear the most.

If it has shoes take the wheel off and ruff the shoe up with coarse sand paper.

I had a caliper that kept locking on me after replacing the rear pads & rotors. I discovered that the grease that I used on the guide pins had unintentionally created a pneumatic/hydraulic cylinder when it was pushed into the blind hole in the caliper - there was nowhere for the trapped air & grease to go.

The rotor would spin freely until I started to tighten the bolts that secured the caliper to the hub. Once I had those 2 bolts correctly torqued, the wheel was so tightly locked that it wouldn't spin when I tried to back the car up, in reverse. The fix was to disassemble the guide pins from caliper and then remove most of the grease from the blind holes in the caliper. Other than a few wasted hours on a miserably hot and humid day, and a lot of cussin', it didn't cost anything to fix.

Moral of the story: Too much of a good thing isn't.

Only one brake is dragging? Stuck caliper. Take it off, wire brush it, and hit the slides with a product called sillglide.

If more than one brake drags, you may have a plugged compensation hole in your master cylinder from dirty, rusty fluid. The hole allows for temperature changes that expand the volume of the brake fluid so that the warmed up brake fluid flows back into the reservoir so the brakes don't start to drag as the brake fluid heats up. Works sort of like the coolant reservoir, but all internal to the master cylinder.

Replaced the caliper, will see what happens now. Now I am concerned about how low the pedal is, any thoughts? Bled all four corners and topped off fluid.

Keep bleeding with cover off, start at the front or where you replaced caliper,
then do the rear last.
