Thanks a lot! LOL
Took better than 2.5 hrs to follow that awsome build project.
Now I like to build (create) things as well, but that's just too much.
Plus he basically did it all with a grinder, mig and homemade brake?
Ok, I also made me a brake but I like real tools. (Brake was never capable of precision work) for small stuff (up to about 16") I use 2 pieces of angle stock in my vice and beat it over to create flanges etc.
For bigger things (like snow plow) I go to a shop that is very reasonable (cost about $35.00 to form a snow plow blade.
But still all in all his project was very interesting.
He in fact is about 20 miles from me and I plan to contact him to see if I might drop in and see his project up close. (and maybe give him a hand)
Interestingly enough I was on the bidder list for that ford donor van that he got his motor from.
