on the jinma fel there is an adjustment for the valve on the bottom of the operating block where all the lines go in. is there any limit to how far you can adjust that. obviously You stop turning it when it bottoms out but will this over presureize the system?

From what I have been able to find out, it is supposed to be tight. If it works loose, you are supposed to remove it, aply locktight, and reinstall it.

There are several adjustable items on the FEL block. One is the Pressure Relife valve which sets to the back side and has a Large Hex Cap on it. under there there is a Screw Driver slot to adjust the pressure also it has a LOCK nut on it that you have to LOOSEN the lock nut and the screw driver can turn it pretty freely. tightening the screw driver slot increasses FEl lifting pressure but try to not adjust it at all unless you have a pressure gauge installed to know how much pressure you are putting on the system. it would be easy to blow out the HYD pump Seals and or Lines Hoses ect. this can be very dangerous.

now that I said that I did adjust mine as it would not pick up much of anything and only 1/2 turn made a world of differance. now I can pry the rear tires off the ground when lifting stumps ect. even with my 400 lb box blade on back!. and when the rear end comes up it would be very easy to roll the tractor over onto it's side! something that you HAVE to be aware of.
