I have a f915. Why do you need to pull the pump? Have you changed the fuel filter & purged the lines ?

The pump has to get pulled because fuel is getting into oil. I changed fuel filter and bled it electric pump is pumping fine so basically between fuel getting into oil and the pump making no pressure that's where I am at now

Are you sure it's not just a bad or a couple bad injectors? Or is the fuel getting in when the engine just sits? On larger diesel motors injectors can wear out or go bad and pump too much fuel into the cylinder and wash the cylinder down and the fuel ends up in the crank case.

I don't know what style pump it is. If it is like the 455 you take the injector lines off and remove the 4 nuts on top and the injector pump slides out the top. I think there is linkage to remove also.

I don't even have the injector lines hooked up to the pump. I am use to way bigger diesel motors than this toy haha. I did loosen the 4 nuts on top when the lines connect to the pump I got it to move alittle. From the looks of the parts breakdown on the JD website looks like it should pop right out

There is a governor linkage under the fuel shut-off solenoid bracket that has to be disconnected.

Note the warning about shims.

I work on much larger diesels as well. Sometimes people over look the simple things.
