F935 front deck mower

My F935 front deck is not steering right. Oddly I can raise and lower the deck and if I hold the handle back in the raise position the steering will work. I think it might be this The mower hydraulic weight transfer valve AM105781. I wish I knew for sure. It’s expensive

Can the valve be rebuilt? Or is it totally sealed? Just some suggestions. There are free manuals out there for the machine too.
