Price Check Fair Price for a BX2200

I had to move closer to my job and was unfortunately forced to down size my property size and the BX as compact as it may be is just too big for me now /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif. In all reality I could get by with a large push mower or about a 38" deck on a 12 hp lawn tractor. So I'm going to try and sell her to some one that could make better use of her. ( I feel so bad that she doesn't get to run that I often mow the grass two or more times just so the hour meter will roll over /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif)

I was thinking in the neighbor hood of $7,000.00 based on the "book" that a dealer had looked up my tractor for me

Is this a reasonable price?

I bought a 2002 BX2200 last week with turf tires, 60" MMM, and 152 hours for $8250 at a dealership. Selling outright, in good shape, I'd think you'd have no problem getting $7000. May be worth more.

From your post, I assume that you didn't get the front end loader with the BX2200.

No I didn't. I'd love to have one, but it's not financially possible now.
