Price Check Fair Price for a Used CC 7260 4WD

I am listing my Cub for sale with a Bush Hog loader and a double stack of wheel weights (about $400 worth). It has R1 (ag) tires, a 9x3 syncro-shift, and two-stage clutch. Machinerylink lists the tractor in good cond. at almost $10k. I was thinking of listing it on TBN for $10750. Does this sound fair? I can tell you in a second what an old tractor might be worth, but I am not used to selling newer stuff.
