Price Check Fair price for M5400?

/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gifAny help that could be provided as to a fair price to pay for a used Kubota M5400 with LA 1001 loader would be greatly appreciated. I have surfed the internet a bit and haven't found many listed for sale.

The tractor has around 500 hours and is in very good condition.

My guesstimate is if it has 4wd and hydraulic shuttle it may be worth $17k or more, depending on how shiny it is & condition of the rubber. The M5400 is a lot of tractor - they were only offered a couple years before they evolved to M5700. 500 hours isn't much use for a rig this robust.

The tractor is 4wd and has been barn stored. Tires appear to be in good shape, I really don't know how to judge them percentage-wise.
