Fair price for renting 50X80 pole building ?

Hi ! I have a 50X80 implement shed/pole building sitting empty in Central Illinois. It has a gravel floor and electricity,2 miles to the interstate.What would be a fair price to ask for rent and would it be best to get one renter(farmer) or rent it to people needing boat storage,campers,etc; ?

Don't have an awnser but if you are a USMC vet thanks for serving. I'm a Navy guy but I changed my way of thinking after Beruit.

Generally you would get more from renting for boats, cars etc than to one person but then you have the hassles of having them moving in and out and on different days etc. If just one person rents it that alleviates the problem for the most part.

I would be kind of concerned about the liabilities you would have with multiple renters. A bunch of people with keys, damage to other owners equipment, beginners trying to maneuver in and out of the barn. One renter with only his equipment stored would seem to minimize that.
