Price Check Fair price for used 3520?

Hello,

I am a new landowner, and am now shopping for my first tractor. I am new to the forum and have learned a lot already.

I am looking at a 2005 JD 3520 with 250 hours. It comes with a 300cx loader, JD665 tiller, JD LX5 rear mower, Frontier RB1072 back blade, Frontier 5.5' box scraper, all with JD i-match quick hook-up. The guy is asking $25,000, but is willing to deal. Everything appears to be in excellent condition.

I'm thinking $21K for the lot would be a fair price. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

21 might be a little low and 25 seems a little high. it all depends on condition. Keep in mind the 10 series implements from frontier are the light duty series. the lx5 cutter is a great mower. the 300cx loader is better than than the 300x loader.

only other advise make sure all of this is paid for

Yes make sure that you will own it once you pay for it. If the tractor and equipment have JD financing and a UCC lien on it you need to make sure that it is first paid off. You might want to check with all of the following: the seller, Deere Credit, the county prothonatary and the Dept of State for your state and an attorney.
