Is there a web site that lists farm auctions? Searchable by state would be great, I'd like to attend more of these, but I only luck out if the local paper has an ad, or I see a filer posted at the auto parts place or grocery.

Auctionzip lists all manner of auctions. You can filter to some extent. You can do a distance search. Proxibid does as well, some are online only, but most have an inspection period. They will let you sort by state, plus they have a map of upcoming sales.

Things may be changing again - but the last year or so, most auctions were on-line due to this Covid-19 thing. So you had to view a photo of what you were interested in - no chance for a good close inspection.

Also, at least out here where I live, last few auctions I attended the selling prices were just ridiculous. People were bidding stuff up so they were more expensive than if bought at a dealer, or new.
