Does anyone have any information, good or bad, on the Farm Pro or Branson brand tractors? They seem to be affordable but I don't know anyone that actually has one. Any information is appreciated.

Angie,
I know you've already moved your question once, but the Zetor/Century/Branson forum would be a much better place to get ideas/info about the Branson line.

Hey Angie,

I invite you to read up on the past threads and posts here in the Chinese Section, and I think after you do, you will get the information that you need to get started with more specific questions.

FarmPro, as far as I know, sells the Chinese Tractor Brands of Jinma, Foton, and maybe some others. When they get the Chinese tractors, they stick their own trademark brand on the tractors.

I have a little Jinma 224 tractor that I purchased in '04, from another importer, that leaves the Jinma Name on his tractors, and have about 135 hours on this tractor. So far so good. Few drips here and their, and very minor electrical maintenance. Also the horn just quit, but I will get a new one at AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts. But so far the tractor keeps running and working to help me out on my place. I would be dead in the water, without my tractor.

Doing your HomeWork, on these tractors will pay you dividends later own, and you pretty much need to be willing to do your own maintenance and adjustments when needed, although FarmPro, has a 2 year warranty now, with some of their tractors.

Seeing your occupation, I don't think that you are afraid to use wrenches or to do your own maintenance, in fact you may even want to do your own routine maintenance in your garage for some good quality time for yourself.

I know that I enjoy, being in the garage, with my tools and listening to the radio, doing routine lubrications or adjustments.

Anyway, enjoy your quest for knowledge about your new tractor interests.

Get your tractors running &
Have a nice day,
