Does anyone have any experience with this magazine? Like it?

I got a offer in the mail yesterday to subscribe to FARM SHOW bi-monthly magazine and it looks interesting. However, I have never heard of it before or read/seen an issue. I know many people consider print to be dead but I still enjoy reading a good magazine or book from time to time (however I have to wear print magnifiers now). Any opinions on this magazine?

I've been a subscriber for years and find it to be an interesting read. From ideas and inventions to best and worst buys it's quite interesting.

I subscribed to it for 2 or 3 years.
As treefarmerguy has stated, the best and worst buys was pretty interesting, there was a joke section that was ok too.
I like it a lot the first year or two.
I lost interest in reading it after awhile, maybe because it didn't seem like new info to me anymore. Not really repetitive, but just too much like the other articles I'd already read in previous issues.
I do recommend trying at least one yearly subscription though, you'll probably like it.

Most of the articles are posted by or about people that have made interesting and useful gadgets or upgrades to equipment. I feel that if I get just 1 or 2 ideas that I can use, it is a plus. In addition, a subscription entitles you to access their entire library online. Includes all of their back issues. So, yes I like it!

Interestingly enough this is pretty much exactly the way I feel about it. I'm pretty sure most members would really enjoy it for at least the first year. After that it could go either way. Being the picky b@st@rd that I am I now find some of the articles annoying. But then that's just me......:)

I dropped my subscription after a year or two. A bit like many popular comedians..... see them once, go to their show two years later and it's the same show with a few new bits thrown in.

I like it, some good ideas here and there. I subscribe to Lancaster Farming as well.

I think I'll pull the trigger on this and get it back in the mail tomorrow since it is only $15 a year (for 2 years). Thanks for all the input!
