Good morning !

I purchased a 2006 farmpro 2425 from a friend with the farmpro or jinma loader and backhoe. Its my first tractor and I am getting the hang of using it. On the bottom of the backhoe valves there are tiny weep holes. One of the backhoe motions and one of the outrigger stabilizer motions cause hydro fluid to come out of these weep holes. Has anyone disassembled this valve before to replace what I guess would be o rings ? I have been reading threads and spoke with keno tractor as well. Just trying to get an idea of what to expect.

Also with the loader valve, there seems to be fluid leaking from the top where the control lever presses on what I believe is called the spool or to me looks like a plunger area. From what Ive been reading this is a metal to metal tolerance with no seal and you either live with the leak or do a valve upgrade. Any thoughts?

Thanks for your time

Since there are some differences, can you post some pics of the areas you are talking about?

This is a shot of the backhoe valve block and where the fluid is leaking from . The loader valve is leaking from the top on the area that gets pressed down or pulled up by the control stick

Been a while, but I think If you remove the cap you will find a spring or two springs and a centering washer. Yes the center section of the spool is a tolerance fit, but the ends are typically sealed with orings. By design, the galleries feeding to the return port are at the ends of the spool so the pressure seen by the orings should be low. But they do wear with each valve cycle. On the Jinma and I am sure other Chinese systems, the 3PH is downstream of the loader control. If you are running a heavy impliment on the 3PH, the orings in the loader can get overloaded. I have had this happen on my loader valve... on the chinese control I believe if you remove the bracket over the spool you will find an oring under the bracket...

I have the same "seeping leak" on my loader control. Best i can tell the "spool valves" have an actual seal around them not just an oring. A couple ounces per hour is not worth me taking apart and waiting for parts to fix. If iy was just an oring it would be a 15 min repair.

Do you know where you could get the seal?
