Can someone please tell me how to free up my three point lift arms.Ive checked fluids and even put weight on them but they will not go up or down.Im new to the tractor thing and would appreciate any help.I can't seem to find what I'm needing on Google.

The term "free up" is a bit confusing in this case. Is this a situation where the lift arms are stuck in one position where they are down and won't go up? Up but won't go down? Explain the situation a little better and you might get some help.
