Farmtrac 535 to be delivered monday

Well, I'll be darned, I thought I was the only one who bought one of those things.
Don't ask many questions, though, because I only have 5 hours on it (winter here in central Ohio, you know).
When the weather breaks and the ground firms, maybe I can get out and see what it's worth.
The quality that I see is a far cry from the Jinma 224 that I have (don't laugh, please), the Jinma is a great tractor though, if all you want to do is work on one.
We can compare notes after we get some time in the seat.

I haven't sold a 535 with a loader yet so let me know how the p/s holds up under the pressure. These are great basic utility tractors with a proven design and should give you years of service. Pics please!

Oh, what dealership did you buy from and what was the total price?

i bought it from oakboro tractor and equipment in oakboro nc. they are about 70 miles from my house. i called around to all the dealers within a 100 mile radius, dealer locator on the farmtrac website, and went to several. man what a price difference. the nearest one actually wanted to jack the price up $200 when i mentioned finanicing. who walks around with that kind of pocket change. anyway i bought a woods 6 ft box and of course the fel for 14,600. i was pretty happy with the price and am extremely happy with the Joel, the owner. no bull, just good honest folks. will post pics as soon as we take delivery.

Congratulations on your new Farmtrac 535. Hope it gives you many years of good service.

A guy I work with bought one back in Sept. He's got about a 7 acre lawn and a long driveway. He's been well pleased so far.

I bought a Long loader back in 97 for a 574IH and they make a good loader. They've improved it with the quick attach for the bucket and other pieces. I don't dread changing from hay spear to the bucket anymore.

Sounds like you got a good deal there and hope you have a good dealer. I've been blessed to have a great dealer and friend to boot.

Got 183 hrs. on my FT. Have to use it every day now for feeding cattle. Got lots of mud on it too. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I'm well pleased with mine. And the dealer and Farmtrac have been right there with service too. Had a problem with air in the hydraulic oil and they came up with a solution and took care of it.

Hope spring is near so you can get some hrs. on it soon.

Congrats on the New Tractor! I bought a Farmtrac TLB 360 about a month ago. Have 22 hours on it and love it. Dug out a basment entrance to the new house. And it never hickuped once. Did slip sideways down the hill with it once but keeping the loader low and the backhoe tight to the right made it a slide and not a tip. They seem to be a real work horse though.
