Farmtrac 545 brakes

We have a Farmtrac 545 and the brakes have wore out on them. Im not real familiar with these sealed wet disc brakes can anyone give me a step by step process on how to repair these. Also what all parts need to be replaced while in there. Thanks

Farmtrac545 does not have wet brakes.

My FARMTRAC has we brakes. I had to replace the boots that fit over the shaft as they were dry rotted and leaking. I would have replaced the discs but was having difficulty finding the new discs.
