Farnam Pasture renovator

I got my renovator home and have started getting it ready for this year.
Does anyone have an idea where to get a manual on this? It is the model with 5 rippers and the ground driven seeder attachment on the rear.
Also I will most likly rebuild it so the proper paint color (it is a color close to Case orange ??) and new decals would be nice. Maybe Sweet Equipment will have an idea where a manual and decals would be found.
Oh by the way I got it for $200.

No help on the manual. I recall seeing a renovator like yours that was maybe just a tick more orange than the Case color. Maybe a "NEw Idea" orange? It would be a minor miracle if decals were still around. You may do better having them made. The "seeder" as you refer to it, is actually a lime/fertilizer drop spreader. It may work as a seeder too for all I know. If you'd like to make a tidy little profit on that item, let me know. I've been looking for one at a reasonable price for some time now.

It would be a minor miracle if decals were still around. You may do better having them made. The "seeder" as you refer to it, is actually a lime/fertilizer drop spreader. I'll most likely just clean it up and repaint it and not worry about the decals.
I'm going to use it to renovate and seed orchard grass in my horse pastures.
That is what the person I got it from was using it for.
Sweets' had one like a while back.
I see your in Kentucky. I've been looking for a small vertical knee mill, if you happen onto one please keep me in mind.

How long is this ripper. What horsepower tractor do you think it would take to pull a piece of equipment like that?

I have a copy of the manuel and a copy of the assembly instructions would be happy to fax you what i have. Had mine for about 3 years.

I saw your post. I'm looking at the 5 and 7 foot renovator myself. I need to be able to seed over existing pastures and hay fields. How did this equipment work for you this summer ?
