the generic thing to try first....if tractor has quick connects, disconnect and reconnect the quick connects. they can foul up, come loose, get hit, etc... causing them to get unseated, resulting in like a valve closing. generally just disconnecting and re-connecting the quick connects back together will be enough. suggest doing before starting tractor first time for given day. and making sure you take all weight off of cylinders (running through all the valves with tractor off to make sure everything is resting on the ground) that way there is no pressure built up on the disconnects to make it easier to undo/redo.
double check the cylinders to verify you did not bend one.
double check all the pin locations for the bucket, cylinders, linkages for the bucket. to see if there is a rock or something all mangled up inside the joints. (doubtful but..)
double check if you twisted the FEL arms or like. (see last sentence)
reverse the hoses between valve and bucket cylinders and see if it changes anything. (to determined if it is the cylinders or valve is having issue)
there might be an "adjustment" for the FEL levers / joystick that goes to the valves. and you might need need adjustment.
above is assuming raising / lowering FEL works just having issue with TILT for the bucket.

how long roughly between greasing the FEL? lots of little grease zerks on FELs.
