I bought a used loader over the winter and just completed the install on my 2000BD -2 lines open system. I've run it about 2 hours and everything is working great but I've notice an odor of hydraulic/transmission fluid. I may be imagining this too but it looks like there is a little smoke out of the muffler (like the motor is under load). Have not noticed any decrease in power and it doesn't seem to be heating up the hydraulic fittings but it has me wondering if I've restricted the line, putting a strain on the pump. The compression fittings on the high pressure pipe are 12mm OD which I connected to 3/8 quick couplers and 3/8 inch hose to and from the valve. Is this large enough or should I have used 1/2 inch couplings? I've searched all the threads but can find no reference to supply and return line size. Thanks in advance.
