Loader FEL for my FF225

I have an FF225 (that I can find almost NO information on) and want to mount an FEL. The guy I bought it from had the loader removed when he bought it so it still has the mounting points and the hydraulics. I just need to know what will fit it.

I see a Woods 195 loader for sale near me, bug can't find any info on that either. Apparently, the 195s have been out of production for some time.

Does anyone have any advice on what wool fit my FF225 or what the specs are on a Woods 195 loader?

An FF225 appears to be a smaller frame machine, I would think either a Koyker model 80 or 120 would fit it. Almost any appropriately sized loader can be fitted to any tractor but mounts may have to be made or modified if not supplied. If you are reasonably handy with basic power tools and welder it's not an overwhelming job. A check with a local fabrication shop may find they would be able to do it for you.

I think a Woods 195 loader would be way too big for your tractor. Woods' website doesn't show a manual but Google shows some of the loaders and they appear to be designed for 80hp+ tractors and the loader frame and bucket probably weigh nearly as much as your tractor does.

The only Koyker loader that will fit you 255 is the Koyker 125.

The 120 will hit the tires when you turn sharp....

Did not find any specs on the Woods 195 loader but did find a mounting kit for mounting it to a John Deere 5500 tractor. That is about an 80hp tractor so I believe that loader is going to be way to big for your ff225.

I found a Koyker 155 up on Craig's. would that be too big for the 225? I don't know yet if its the 1 3/4" or the 2" cylinder model.

If it were my tractor I would not mount that big 155 loader on it.
+ I don't think it will match up..
