A loader doesn't have much effect when there's nothing in it. The steering may be a little stiffer but it feels normal.
Loaded, it will take a hard pull on the steering wheel to make a moderate turn. For any close maneuvering: set the loader down, then beyond, to raise the front tires off the ground and spin the steering wheel where you want it, then lift the loader and start off in the new direction.
Any loader-ready tractor would have power steering and a beefier front end. These don't, so you have to work around the limitations. That said, a 24hp wheelbarrow is a huge improvement over a hand-push one!
Don't worry about tires. Wider ones will be even harder to steer. If you ever burst one, that would be the time to put on trailer tires. My neighbor says trailer tires stand up to loader work far better than car tires in his use which is moving 1 ton harvest bins all over the orchard on rough ground.
And since the front end on these isn't built for the weight, there is a chance of snapping a spindle or other damage. We have read of that on here occasionally.
Don't let anyone talk you out of adding a loader on a YM2000, but recognize its limitations.
