traded for a tractor and FEL is hooked to rear service remote. one line is plumbed to the in the other is plumbed to the out on the loader valve from the remote. When you push the service remote forward the loader functions properly only slow. When you pull the service remote back loader will only raise will not lower, will tilt one way but not the other. Never seen one plumbed this way. Could this be the reason loader works slow? Thanks
fel hooked up to rear remote valve dosent work right. help

When you pull the service remote lever back you are pumping oil into the "out" port of the loader valve. Running the flow through the loader valve backwards will cause what you are describing. The speed of the loader is determined by the GPM the tractor can supply. Without knowing what the tractor is, and the size of the loader cylinders, I can't say if you have a problem or not.

generally when running a loader off a set of remotes, you plum the loaders valve to the remote, then set the remote in operation, if detent style, or bunji it open if not a detent. you then use the loaders controlss for all the operation.. don't reverse the remote..
that said i agree with the others. what gpm flow rate is your remote.. and what is 'slow' and what are your cyl sizes?
I have various loaders plumbed off internal tractor hyds. the slowest is 2.85 gpm... and it only drives a single lift cyl on a trip loader. it's ok for farm use.. would be miserable in production work.
most full hyd loaders are gonnbe slow at anything under 7gpm.. and depending onteh setup.. may want more like 12-18 gpm, depending on cyl sizes.. and how the pump is plumbed.. IE.. crank or internal shared supply for 3pt, ps, hyds.. etc.. etc..
