Loader Fel leakage

My TC 30 has 356 hrs on it and I have problem with the fel. It leaks down only in the tilt position with a load or without. Running or not. Anyone know the cause and the fix. Or should I take it to the pros.

Its either the cylinder or the tilt valve. They make seal kits for both, and fixing it is determined by how much it bugs you

My Yanmar has done it since new. I just learn to live with it.

Just thought of something, it could use an adjustment. Maybe their is a slight tension on the valve when in neutral position. Just guessing

My TC45DA was doing this and it was the large nut on the end of the cylinder. It was lose.

I had to take it apart to figure it out so I replaced all the seals at the same time.

You can find videos on YouTube about cylinder repair. I would recommend buying the seal insertion tool. It made it easy to do.

Not familiar with your model, but most use 2 cables from the control to the 2 position valves. There should be enough spring tension to keep the handle centered when released, so normally not an issue. If something is dragging, rubber boot pushing the handle when released, maybe it can cause this. So if would be something moving the handle toward the center (tilt down)

Set the loader on the ground and relive the pressure on the hydraulics, shut off engine move loader handle to relive pressure. Unhook the bucket lines from the couplers. Follow the bucket lines to the cylinders, if the cylinders are retracted with the bucket up, take the coupler tip off the hose for the piston side of the cylinder and put in a bucket. Raise the loader and see if the bucket settles and oil comes out of the hose into the bucket. If it does not settle it is the loader valve, if it settles one of the cylinders are leaking. You are testing the leakage of the cylinders this way. You can do the same test for the lift cylinders.
