This afternoon out of the blue, my FEL hydraulics stopped working. Bucket tilt, third function for grapple and 3 point all still work, but the loader arms won't raise up or down. Sounds like it's trying (straining noise from hydraulics) but no movement. I can't see anything binding the arms. Any ideas? As a side note- I got new stabilizer bar mounting brackets (where it attaches to the frame) from my dealer today. One of mine broke (both were bent) and he told me they came out with a heavier duty version and it really is. Mine was warrantied FYI.

Try disconnecting and then reconnecting the QD’s to your FEL lift cylinders. Can you lower bucket to ground! If so, lower bucket, turn off Tractor and cycle you FEL joystick to all positions to take pressure off FEL. Then disconnect/ reconnect QD’s

Make sure both give you a positive click reconnect. Good luck!

I agree that the QC connection is worth looking at. If you have a chance post a couple of pics of the bent bracket and the new design. thx

Are you talking about the stabilizers on your three point arms? Pictures would be great. I just got a new XR4155HC.

Let us know about you FEL issue.

Is the lever lock engaged or the controller pushed forward into float mode?

If you have remotes check that the valves are in the centered position. Sometimes a remote in the wrong position
can make the relief valve keep the hydraulics from proper operation.

Good point. If one of your remotes has a “detent” position, that could cause your issue with your FEL.

Good luck!
