Hi

There are 2 models to choose from for loaders.
LA272 and LA302.

What are the major differences between these 2 models other than the actual load size?

Is there one particular one that would be better for the B7500HSD and if so, why?

I don't intend to use the bucket too extensively, just removing snow, moving dirt, etc. No really hard work.

Hi Spud, I purchased a B7500 HSD 2 months ago with a 352 loader. That size loader is not recommended for the B series but my dealer said to use it with common sense. I love the capacity of the bigger loader but only load it to 3/4 full with heavy material. If I were you I would settle for nothing less than the 302 FEL. Jethro

I asked the same question when buying my B7500 from Carver Eq. in the spring. The LA272 is for light duty and the more common LA302 is for general to heavier duty. I went with the recommended 302 and have been extremely happy.

Considering the work that has to be done, the 352 loader is most likely overkill for me. I know some others who would make use of that size loader, but for me it would be too much.

I think the LA302 is most likely the FEL I will get. Considering the amount of work it will do and the fact that any work being done with it are not under any time limits, this sounds like the right one for me.

There are other FELs available for your 'Bota. Check out the Woods 1006 like on my B7500 or the bigger 1009.

Would these other types of buckets also have the mounting hardware structure required by a bucket or are they just the bucket. Sorry for my lack of knowledge, but I am sure learning a lot of stuff.
