I just got my farmall Super C from my aunt as a gift. My uncle died a few 4 yrs ago and this was his baby. and he did baby it. It s in mint condition new paint job 5 yrs ago and it still looks great but it has not been used for at least that long. In fact it is still at the farm I need to get a new battery and bring it down to its new home. I am a retired minister and my son and I will put it to use on his 11 acre mini farm. Basicly brush hogging hauling fire wood and building a new barn/garage. I am looking forward to spending my retirement working on the farm.

welcome....SC is a very easy tractor to work on...suggest you check and see if your uncle left the fuel shut off in the on position or if he turned it off...(hopefully the later)...also you should drain the tank and start will clean gas....Oh, yeah, does the SC have a fast hitch? Did your uncle change it over to 12 volt or leave it with the 6V? The SC is one of the most versatile tractors ever designed. Good luck with it... BobG in VA
