I just bought a Fella 248, and the manual lists a "High Cut Device" as a special equipment or accessory piece. It doesn't explain what it is, show a picture or list a cost. I have an idea that it is a set of adjustable wheels that will allow for more cutting height options, but this is just a best guess.
I have tried all of the 3 Canadian Fella dealers and not one has been helpful.
I tried Tarver Equipment, but they referred me to a Canadian Dealer. I emailed Fella-Werkes and haven't recieved a reply.
I would really like to see a picture of this device and get some information and a price. Any help out there???
