I'm working with a Ferguson TO-20, 1950 vint.
The 3 point raised and will not lower with the finger lever. initally I thought it was due to icing but late found a broken draft control lever. Replaced it , the yoke, and the heavy spring that was also broken. To lower the lift I have to depress the draft control rod to override but then the control lever has no effect. I thought at first it required the rod to preload against the valve.
I have removed the quadrant and finger lever assembly but cannot see in the hole what it connects to or how.
I am hoping to avoid pulling the top cover off again the control valve connection to the fork is a bear.
Anybody got any ideas?
If anyone has a good schematic showing the connection between the finger lever shaft and what ever it connects to it would be a BIG help the dealer shop manuel I have is all but useless in this area.
e-mail to harrisl@zoominternet.net.
Thanks
Larry
