I have purchased a to 20 and the alternator was bad. I replaced it but it seems not be charging the battery. I am trying to find out the proper way for the wiring. The alternator has a built in regulator with two connections and one connection for the battery. I believe the person who had this tractor before me did not wire it correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What did you use for a replacement? If a single wire Delco, they require a minimum rpm to start charging. Has to do with getting enough voltage out of the thing to operate the internal regulator allowing for some output.
