I have a '55 To-35 I have had it for about 5 years and received it from the previous owner with a loop of wire that holds the shifter forward in Lo gear, If you don't slip this loop over the shifter it will pop from gear after a short while, which is really fun if your headed down a steep hill using the engine as braking. It occasionally will pop from high gear as well but this is more rare, but I also rarely use hi gear for the work I am doing. I have to split the tractor soon to fix a leaking seal and figured I should look into this issue while its apart. Any guesses as to what my issue is?
