Ferri TD42 boom mower

I just purchased a new Ferri TD42 boom mower. I'll be using it for mowing along the stone walls, ditches, pond and roadside. No pictures, as it hasn't been delivered to the dealer just yet. Spring is around the corner, looking forward to it!

Looks nice! What size tractor (horse power) and how much does the tractor weigh? Also if you wouldn't mind giving me a ball park price on something like that. I would love to have something like that on my Kubota M7040. I hope you keep this thread updated!! Matt

I'm going to run it on my Ford 4630, 60 hp around 5500 lbs, but with the cast bracket and suitcase weights it's over 6000 lbs. I paid a hair over 12k delivered with the Delta Bracket and stabilizers. The TD42 was recently replaced with a newer model, mine was one of the last ones in North America, the distributor got it from a dealer in Canada. The price on it was 15k originally when current.

I sure hope it does, lol. It's definately a chunk of change. I kept my eyes open for used and didn't have much luck in over 2 years looking.
