That said, yes non liquid filled tires are much easier to dismount and repair.
Also I am fairly certain that Titan Tire in their tire book recommends only a 40% fill when tires are liquid filled.
Yes some weights are bigger than others. You can buy smaller plates and stack them if you ever felt like it was going to be an issue to remove them. I have some very heavy cast center rims so weights haven’t been an issue for me in a while.
When I get tires replaced or repaired, they aren’t dismounted. They jack up the tractor and remove the tire off the rim while it’s mounted to the tractor. If fluid is involved, it’s more time consuming and you are charged by the tire tech for draining and refilling them with a pump and drums.
