Fill Rite Transfer Pump?

Anyone ever rebuilt a fillrite 12v. pump? I have one thats pumped literly thousands of gallons of diesel. It started getting slow about a year ago so I changed the filter and that did not help. Then one day it would not pump at all. I took it apart and cleaned the internal screen and put it back together and still nothing? The motor runs fine. I have looked for a "rebuild kit" with no luck. Thanks in advance.

If you call fill-rite technical support I've found them very helpful. Think they are under Tuthill or some such
