Spreader Filling sander

Not knowing anything about sanders or spreaders, Why cant you just use your tractors FEL to fill the sanding hopper? If you don't have a tractor with FEL, then that is a good reason to buy one.

The sander is a 3pt on my tractor uses PTO. Probably should have specified that, makes a big difference.
