Like Slowpoke, I have lived in both cold and warm parts of the US. Been in north Texas for almost 18 years. Cold spells are infrequent, shallow and short. We have really good weather apps and I have indoor parking available for my tractor on the rare occasions that Jack Frost visits the homestead.

I have a floor jack and jack stands, but I'll have to check the specs on them.

I understand Rim Guard has other advantages, but I am not concerned over a few more pounds for the price difference. I'm either doing straight water with rust inhibitor or a few gallons of washer fluid added.
