I have to add, very nice job! I'd also love to know what brand plasma cutter you have and what CNC table are you using?? That's something I've been dreaming of for a while now!

That's the best home built loader I have ever seen, what a great job! It looks like you have been building them all your life. Real Classy job, and looks factory. Looks better tailored that some after market ones I have seen. YOU THE MAN!:D

What type of bushing did you use on the pins at the pivot point where the main cylinder raises it?

Wow... Thanks for the kudos guys. I posted some pics of the plasma table I built right before I started on the loader.

Plasma Table

To answer some of your questions:

My Plasma CNC table is run with Mach3 which takes standard gcode, but I have Unigraphics and MasterCam that can take most formats, IGS STEP DXF DWG ect.

Plasma cutter is a PowerMax 1000 by Hypertherm.

I probably spent 6 months designing this prototype loader but I think I could build 1 a day in my present shop with a few helpers. Total project cost including paint, prefab hoses, clamps, valve, cylinders ect was $850.00

I used 1 inch dia 303 stainless pivot pins all around and steel bushings.
