Well the stuff for the tractor finally came in and I was able to go pick it up Sunday. Huge thanks to Don @ Messicks for making it happen on a Sunday!!!
All loaded up and ready for the 5hr journey home.
Backhoe subframe parts layed out ready for install.
Front left shot of subframe installed
Rear shot
Subframe rear closeup. Yes I marked the bolt heads after torquing. LOL
New line routing. They give you way too much line for the one that attaches to the bucket control lever.
Pulled some stumps to test 'er out.
Back in the garage after the test dig.
I couldn't resist taking a picture at midnight under the soft glow of the ol Detroit sign.
Couple things I noticed and don't like. The backhoe seat to control area is SUPER tight. Definitely needs more room here. Secondly I HATE the foldable rops on this model. Instead of simple pins with circlips they have stupid bolts that you have to use a wrench on because the threads are so tight and the ROPS isn't exact. I'm going to cut the welded nuts off and switch to pins like it SHOULD have. I need to fold the rops every time i bring it in or out of the garage, and wasting 10 minutes with a wrench each time just aint gonna happen. Other than that I LOVE the tractor so far. Hope yall enjoy the pics.
