I finally got the digital camera from my wife while it was nice enough to take some pictures of my new tractor/toy. I'm posting this here because it is alittle bit customization, attachments, and Build it your self.

I've been looking at NH CUTS 10 years, sense we built our new home, but have been making due with what I had. Always some place else for the paycheck to go. Late this winter I hurt my shoulder while cleaning my 300' driveway with a 24" Ariens walkbehind (sucks getting older /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif) and decided to bite the bullet and get one.

One of my neighbors is the manager of a CaseIH business and found me a DX33 with the FEL, which is the same tractor as the TC33D NH. Had the same deal from the NH dealer but went with the IH because I "know where he lives" if I have a problem, and I spent many hours on my Grandfathers farm using a IH Farmall Super C. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Here is a picture attached of my '33 next to the mower it is replacing.

Winter was over, I thought so I bought the mower with the tractor and will buy the snowblower this fall. It will have a hydraulic chute ( bad shoulder you know) /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

The mower I bought is the Landspride FD2572 rear discharge. I've used it twice now, the only problem so far is that I haven't been able to mow when I wanted and the grass is REAL tall /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif . The mower runs smooth and is built alittle heavier than my neighbors Woods RD8400.

Another picture with mower.

I posted a question earlier about counterweights after lifting the rearend instead of the snow I had in the bucket. This is my solution to the problem.

A friend runs a small engine/welding business and between the two of us came up with this. The weights (from my neighbor the IH manager) hang between the arms mostly so I don't have alot hanging out behind me, unlike if my mower is attached.

The bracket hold 700 lbs of IH suitcase weights.

Picture of weights hanging.

I also had him weld on a 2" receiver so that I can move trailers, build a carry all, etc... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Also, anticipating the coming winter (yes it's coming already) I mounted some lights on the ROP's.

I used U-bolts to mount an aluminum plate to the underside of the ROP's and mounted two Fog lights to the rear and two Trapiziods to the front.

Here is a picture from the fist time we saw it. The guys at the dealership thought it was "cute" compared to the big Ag tractors and Field Equipment they usually work on.

Now, that sure is a pretty unit... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I've always liked the smooth lines and style of the Boomers... but that RED just kicks butt... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

You put a coat of wax on her... and you'll need those sunglasses... /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

Congrats on your unit! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Now I agree with John that it's a fine looking tractor, but then any tractor picture looks better with a couple of pretty girls in the picture. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Yeh, the red is pretty sharp. I've got two neighbors with Blue and three with Green and one Orange. We are a pretty diverse group.

You're right Bird, unfortunately they let me in the picture too, but it still looks pretty good. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Very nice looking setup. Which snowblower are you going for, a front or rear?

Thanks. I'm going with a 72" rear mount, I believe the brand name is Smyth.

My father had a front mount on a Bolens when I was growing up and I always found it to be awkward to manuver, at least when you were trying to make a hole to get started.
