I don't know if this will be of much help to you or not but it takes me just under 4 hours to mow 10 acres with my 6' Woods, it is scattered with numerous small trees and the house, shop, out buildings that all slow you way down. I have just bought an Exmark ztr mower that I will use to pre-trim and hope it will reduce the time and frustration of mowing so close with the tractor/ finish mower. The ZTR does a fine job in close quarters, but I still perfer the tractor for wide open spaces.
