OK curiosity got the best of me. About a year and a half ago they were the rage and now nothing. I was going to buy from them but then got a runaround on when the mower was going to be shipped. That then changed to my originally going to pick it up to they were going to have to ship it and zap me for the cost. The last time I talked to them I talked to a women who kept on asking me if I was going to buy then asked if I was going to pay for it. Then went on at least 4 times and I got to thinking about it and decided they were not worth dealing with. Anyway just wondering if they went bust or moved on to something else.

I have sold First Choice equipment since the start and I have never had a woman answer the phone at the FC facility at Wilson NC--I cant imagine who exactly you were talking to???--Word is they grew almost double in sales last year and 04 is taking off well--We have over $250,000 FC on our lot today and more on the way in--Maybe we can help, If you are ready to take the plunge--Ken Sweet

a woman??? and... she was asking you if you were going to pay??? are you sure you did post this on the correct / related forum? By the way, i was wondering the same thing about Midwest Equipment. Lately, he's not around? Also, some serious rich people like Pieter, Waverly, etc have never appeared on this forum. What shows? Why so? They must be very busy unlike some others who frequently visit/post here.

Just because someone visits here when they are able to, doesn't mean they are not busy.

BTW JimMc's last post was 3 days ago, doesn't mean he hasn't been around.

Pieter like people who are good at friendly conservations would be talking here much if they were not so busy with counting their $$$$$. I see it's same for JimMc as it's probably his season now. 3 days without talking here is a long period. Can Pieter be enjoying an holiday around beautiful seaside coasts of Meditarrenanean. Well, Spain, Italy, Turkey and Greece have coasts along Meditarrenan sea. Guess where he is now.

I bought my First Choice from Pieter directly because I live way out in Portland, Oregon. He was able to arrange a consolidated shipment for my 1066 rototiller.
Great price-fantastic rototiller, and needless to say, great service.
I am aware that Pieter monitors TBN on a regular basis and also know he is extremely busy.
My recommendation is go to Sweet or one of the other quality FC distributors and buy First Choice products. They are absolutely the best buy for the money!

Since Nomad is posting here now does this mean Nomad is not Busy? How is your Spanish these days? /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I generally don't add to the conversation unless I have some information which furthers the understanding of the topic or at least poses another question. Oops, /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif there you went and made me add to the conversation and there wasn't a single important bit of furthering anyone's understanding. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Actually, for some reason, I have been in a lot of PM and email conversations as of late. Mostly from folks I've met here. But I always check TBN every morning and evening as well as when I have the opportunity during the day. Just go to the "Who's online" if you're looking for me or send a PM. Also, the www.topandtilt.com website has email links to reach me.

Good morning then. Sorry about replying late. I've been very busy with somethings else. Painter peepers are still a lot around;)- Anyway - you may be visiting this web site - but, as far as I see, you are not participating conservations as much as you were doing before. My guess is that you as a manufacturer have much less time than all these middle-men around here.

Ps: Question of the topic remained open. Where is FC these days?
